Tiger eAcademy – End User License Agreement
License Grant
TIger eAcademy provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable, temporary, personal license to use the Tiger eAcademy software on your device for its intended legal purposes. You are prohibited from:
– Using the software for purposes other than its intended use.
– Reselling or transferring your rights to the software.
Unless specifically authorized, you may not use, distribute, publish, create derivative works, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the Tiger eAcademy software.
Prohibited Use
– You are forbidden from circumventing Tiger eAcademy protective features or using the Software maliciously.
– Creating videos of your gameplay is allowed and considered fair use.
Device Usage and Risks
The Software may utilize resources on your device, including your internet connection, battery, camera, and other sensors. Abuse of the Software may result in damage to your device.
Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase. Tiger eAcademy may charge recurring payments through the agreed-upon payment methods for subscriptions and in-game assets. Subscriptions are either monthly or yearly and renew automatically.
No Warranty
Tiger eAcademy provides the Software on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any guarantees. Use of the Software is at your own risk. Tiger eAcademy does not guarantee that:
1. The Software will meet your requirements or reach specific audiences.
2. The Software will operate uninterrupted, securely, or without errors.
3. Results obtained from using the Software will be accurate or reliable.
4. The quality of products, services, or materials obtained via the Software will meet your expectations.
5. Any errors in the Software will be fixed.
Liability
Tiger eAcademy is not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, physical, or special, caused by your use or inability to use the Software. This includes but is not limited to:
– Virtual property.
– Reputation and business reputation.
– User account information, including login credentials.
– Loss of profit or good name.
The Software is provided on an “AS-IS” basis. Tiger eAcademy is not responsible for damages arising from misconduct, negligence, gross negligence, malice, or any other causes, to the extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement and Waiver
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Tiger eAcademy regarding your use of the Software. Amendments must be made in writing. Failure to enforce any rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including its conflict of laws statutes. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Israel.
You agree not to initiate class actions against Tiger eAcademy and will pursue claims individually, as outlined in this Agreement.
